"Had my eye on the Autel Nano, but..."
They claimed to have the Autel Nano available when I was ready to buy, but I tried three times to get it through their site and ran into problems. Then they wanted me to do a bank transfer! I was not pleased with how many times Richard kept emailing me, pushing me to make a purchase. He even reached out later because he was upset about my review—what’s up with that? I had to tell him to back off. Overall, I felt really uncomfortable with this whole deal, so I decided to pass. Just steer clear of this place.

Incredibly useful, with top-notch service before and after the sale. They went out of their way to place a special order for me for a Strap Thor tripod chest mount, which I totally suggest as well.

I placed an order for the freewell ND filters 8-pack on Sunday, July 18th. Caelus Drones shipped it out the very same day, and it showed up this morning, Tuesday, July 20th. Super quick response and delivery! Big thanks, I’ll definitely be buying from these folks again!

I bought 2 DJI Mavic 2 Pro drones on different occasions. I recall when I got the first one, my delivery arrived while others were still hanging around waiting for theirs from DJI directly. They even matched a price I found for the Evo 2 Pro Rugged, even when the other place was out of stock. Richard is incredibly helpful. The customer service here is top-notch, and he always makes time for you. The drone prices are quite competitive. I've been collaborating with Richard throughout 2019 to secure a drone for my current job. He’s always available. As a consultant, he never finds anything too much trouble. He even connected me with an excellent training school for my PfCO.
